Job Description

Support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
• Supervise and guide kitchen staff during food preparation
• Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of dishes
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Assist in menu planning and inventory control

Skills Required

Strong culinary and food preparation skillsKnowledge of international and regional cuisinesLeadership and team management skillsMenu planning and recipe standardizationFood safety, hygiene, and HACCP knowledge

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen
  • Prior experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie preferred
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation
