Job Description

The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in managing the kitchen operations and ensuring high standards of food preparation, quality, and presentation. The role requires expertise in Indian and Asian cuisine, creativity in menu planning, and leadership to guide the culinary team efficiently.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of Indian and Asian cuisine techniques.Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP in fine dining restaurants.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily kitchen operations and ensure consistent food quality and taste.
  • Prepare and present dishes according to restaurant standards.
