Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced South Indian Chef to join a dynamic food service team in Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of traditional South Indian cuisine and be capable of preparing high-quality dishes with consistency and efficiency.

Skills Required

Expertise in preparing traditional South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, sambar, rasam, chutneys, upma, and rice varieties.Deep understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in preparing authentic South Indian cuisine
  • Proficiency in preparing key South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, sambar, rasam, chutneys, and various rice dishes.
