Job Description

The Team Member – F&B Service is responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences by delivering attentive, friendly, and efficient service to guests. The role involves assisting with order taking, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction in line with restaurant standards.

Skills Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong customer service orientation with a pleasant and professional demeanor.Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant, café, or F&B outlet.
Presentable appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Welcome and seat guests courteously, presenting menus and offering assistance with selections.
Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations
Serve dishes and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
