Job Description

The Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking and serving food and beverage orders, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. The role requires a professional, courteous, and efficient approach to service in a fine or casual dining environment.

Skills Required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of food and beverages, especially Arabic/Persian cuisine.Attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset.

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel (experience in Persian/Arabic cuisine preferred).
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training or certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests courteously and promptly
Present menus, explain daily specials, and assist customers in selecting dishes.
