Job Description

A Waiter provides exceptional dining service to guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant and memorable experience. The role requires strong communication, guest-handling skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-end hospitality environment.

Skills Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong customer service and guest handling abilitiesAttention to detail with a positive and professional attitude.Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.

Requirements

  • Hospitality diploma or certification preferred but not mandatory.
  • Freshers may be considered if communication and grooming are excellent.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
  • Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and organized before and during service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
  • Assist with buffet setups, special events, and banquet services when required.
