Job Description

Provide courteous and efficient food & beverage service to guests
• Take and serve orders accurately and on time
• Ensure a positive dining experience for all customers
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables and service areas

Skills Required

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel
Pleasing personality with a customer-oriented attitude
Ability to work in shifts and under pressure

Responsibilities

Welcome and seat guests in a courteous manner
Present menus and explain food & beverage items
Take accurate food and drink orders
Serve orders promptly and correctly
