Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner

Requirements

Previous experience as a waiter preferred
Good communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

Handle guest complaints politely and inform the supervisor when needed
Follow hotel/restaurant service standards and hygiene procedures
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service
Process bills and payments when required
