A Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service in the restaurant or dining area. The role involves welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. This position requires good communication, a friendly personality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Hospitality course or F&B training is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests politely and escort them to their tables.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and well-arranged before and after service.
Process bills, collect payments, and return change accurately.
