Our guidance comes from two groups: the Global Advisory Board and the Governing Council & Advisory Board . Together, they bring experience from education, healthcare, finance, defense, technology, and international business—people who've built and run institutions, not just advised them from the sidelines.
The Global Advisory Board keeps us grounded in what's actually happening across borders—in Europe, India, the Asia-Pacific, and the Americas. They help us understand what candidates need to succeed abroad: language readiness, cultural fluency, and real exposure to international workplaces, not just technical skills on paper.
The Governing Council & Advisory Board do the quieter but equally important work—making sure that as we grow, our governance, financial sustainability, and educational quality grow with us.
What makes this input valuable is that it isn't always comfortable. The best guidance challenges our assumptions, questions our timelines, and points out gaps before they become problems. Board members sit outside our day-to-day operations on purpose—that distance is what lets them pressure-test our ideas honestly.
