Recognising this need, Accel Skill and GRD Institute have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a Global Finishing School and Centre of Excellence (CoE ) that will strengthen career-oriented learning and prepare students for opportunities in India and international markets.
The partnership is designed to complement academic education with industry-relevant training, foreign language learning, and workplace preparation. By bringing these elements together within a structured learning environment, the Centre aims to help students build the confidence and competencies expected by today's employers.
The MoU was signed by senior representatives of both organisations , marking the beginning of a long-term association focused on creating stronger connections between education and industry while supporting workforce development.
In its initial phase, the Global Finishing School and Centre of Excellence will focus on Nursing, Hospitality, and Germany's Ausbildung Programme . Students will benefit from German language training, career counselling, interview preparation, workplace orientation, professional mentoring, and industry-aligned learning that reflects current employer expectations.
In addition to technical knowledge, the Centre will encourage communication skills, cultural awareness, and professional conduct to help learners adapt to diverse workplace environments. This integrated approach aims to support students as they transition from education to employment with greater confidence.
