A true statesman and global changemaker, Dr. Parsuramen served as the Minister of Education, Arts, and Culture in Mauritius for over a decade, where he spearheaded landmark reforms including the 10-Year Education Master Plan. His leadership helped position Mauritius as a regional hub for knowledge and talent.
He later brought his expertise to the global stage through his work at UNESCO , where he served as Director and Representative across Asia and Africa. His focus on secondary and vocational education and inclusive policies impacted millions across developing nations.
In 2011, he founded the Global Rainbow Foundation , a pioneering NGO focused on empowering persons with disabilities through affordable prosthetics, rehabilitation services, and digital literacy. His foundation is widely recognized for restoring dignity and independence to thousands of lives.
Now, he brings this unmatched blend of policy experience, international insight, and grassroots commitment to Accel Skill .
